Automatic control
1. The system is divided into four main modules based on process: batching and forming, cutting and drying, finished product conveying, and upper-level computer. Each section is independently controlled by a PLC, yet coordinated via a bus, ensuring clear logic and fault isolation throughout the entire line.
2. The lower-level computer communicates at high speed with frequency converters and servo systems via fieldbuses such as CC-Link, completely resolving the problems of poor synchronization accuracy caused by interference and transmission delays in traditional analog signals.
3. Industrial Ethernet runs through the PLC, HMI, and upper-level SCADA system, enabling real-time acquisition of production data, remote monitoring of equipment status, and historical traceability of process parameters, building a transparent digital factory.
